Return & Claim Policy
At HomeSaver Depot, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return and claim guidelines below:
✅ Eligible Reasons for Claims
1. Defective Product
- Must have been purchased from HomeSaver Depot within the last 90 days.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Damaged Product
- Must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.
- Types of damage:
• Concealed Damage (noticed upon unpacking)
• Carrier Damage (noticed at the time of delivery)
- Required documentation:
• Clear photos of the damage
• Signed Proof of Delivery (PoD) noting visible damage (ensure damage is noted before signing)
3. Short Shipment
- Claims must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the order.
4. Over Shipment
- Claims must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the order.
5. Pricing or Freight Charge Errors
- Must be reported promptly upon discovery.
6. Incorrect Product Received or Ordered
- Must be reported within 10 business days.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for current stock items in original and unopened packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of the following items:
Tile, flooring, cabinets, vanity, bathtub, shower base, shower glass, and toilet.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Special Order items (non-stock or custom-ordered specifically for the customer) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These items are final sale, and HomeSaver Depot is under no obligation to accept them back.
